I really enjoyed the amazingly comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly nice. The location was particularly good and beautiful, within walking distance of Mazagua.

I have stayed here before now and definitely coming here again. Clean hotel, loved to be near many shops restaurants and oxxo across the street and the beach, and Tourist area and the ocean thanks to good and beautiful location. Everyone working at this newly renovated and excellent venue was amazingly nice. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was great.

The location was marvellous and excellent, just close to Golden Zone. The breakfasts were great and excellent, always with a huge variety of meals.

Great location with easy access to top attractions and a fantastic coffee scene. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to eat, as well as a cruise ship 🚢.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlan. the place was newly decorated and excellent. the staff were really helpful and amazingly nice throughout my visit. - the standard king room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. - the food options were fantastic with a wide range of choices. - the resort is located in a beautiful and convenient area that met all my needs.

The place is conveniently located near the Golden Zone, the staff is extremely friendly, and I appreciate their helpfulness.

We loved staying here as it was close to everything within a walking distance, including the center here. The beach is nearby as well which was wonderful. The staff provided excellent room service, car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, made our stay comfortable.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to everything within a walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with an awesome view. The service on the patio and beach was great, with friendly staff like Rafa and Edwardo who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel had some nice facilities, such as a restaurant and a nice cleaning lady on the 11th floor.

The service at the restaurant was very poor, with no one checking if we needed more coffee or bringing a glass of water after asking multiple times.

The hotel's location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything in a very populated area. I loved being able to walk to all the nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was excellent.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view and a nice balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

There's an abundance of delicious food available here for meals, and the location is fantastic, situated right next to Punta Camaron Beach.
